We advise on, design & specify for all catering facilities for both front and back of house throughout the project including their vital support areas. Fire suppression systems, ventilation flow rates and wireless temperature monitoring systems are also included in our design. We work closely with other members of the design team i.e Architects, Builders. M&E Consultants & the appointed Caterer, if possible, to match appropriate equipment to the food offer.
